Note: we do not provide shower facilities when using the ice barrel

Top tips when using the Ice Bath

  • Exhale when entering cold water.
  • Inhaling and exhaling fully can help you relax in the cold.
  • Feel your body and never push it.


  • Never hyperventilate or practice Wim Hof Breathwork in water.
  • Listen to your body. Pushing your body to stay in the cold too long can result in hypothermia or frostbite.
